1. Welcome 👋
By using our car wash services, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them simple so you know exactly what to expect from us—and what we expect from you.
👉 Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, please let us know—we’ll always do our best to make it right within the scope of these terms.
2. Please Remove Your Valuables 💼
Before your wash, please remove or securely store all personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle, including (but not limited to):

Cash
-
Electronics
-
Sunglasses
-
Documents
-
Loose accessories
👉 If it’s valuable, take it with you.
3. Preparing Your Vehicle 🚗
To help us deliver the best result, you agree to:

Remove personal items

Secure any loose parts or fittings
-
Let us know about any sensitive, damaged, or problem areas in advance
4. Pre-Existing Damage
We do our best to care for your vehicle, but we’re not responsible for:

Existing scratches, dents, or paint damage
-
Loose trims, badges, or fittings
-
Pre-damaged interiors or electronics
If you’re unsure, feel free to point anything out before we start.
5. Our Responsibility 🤝
We take pride in our work and treat every vehicle with care.
However, to keep things fair and sustainable:
👉 We are only liable for damage caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct
👉 We are not liable for any indirect or unexpected losses
👉 Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service
👉 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law
6. Service Quality
We always aim for excellent results.
👉 However, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, or odours, particularly where these are permanent, set-in, or require specialist treatment.
👉 If something isn’t right, our first step will always be to re-perform the service where reasonably possible.
7. Steam Cleaning & Assumption of Risk 💨
Steam cleaning is generally safe and eco-friendly, but:

Some sensitive surfaces or aftermarket modifications may react differently
-
Older or fragile materials may be more prone to wear
👉 By using our services, you acknowledge that vehicle cleaning involves inherent risks and you agree to use our services at your own risk, subject to our obligations for gross negligence and wilful misconduct.
8. Access & Safety 🔑
By booking our service, you confirm that:

You are authorised to grant us access to the vehicle

The vehicle is safe to clean
-
There are no hazardous materials inside
-
You will provide safe and sufficient access for us to carry out the service
👉 If we are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, vehicle unavailability, or delays, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
9. Service Location & Permissions 📍
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is located in an area where cleaning is legally permitted.
👉 We are not responsible if your vehicle is parked in a location where cleaning is not allowed, including:

Public parking areas regulated by RTA

Parkin zones
-
Salik-controlled areas
👉 For private locations (e.g. apartments, compounds, offices):

You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions
-
You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or issues if you have not
-
You agree to indemnify us for any fines, penalties, losses, or third-party claims arising from this
👉 We are also not responsible for any damage to surrounding property, structures, or third-party vehicles, except in cases of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Photos & Videos 📸
We love showcasing our work!
By using our services, you agree that we may:

Take photos/videos of your vehicle
-
Use them for marketing and social media
👉 We will avoid displaying personal information (such as number plates) without masking or consent
👉 If you’d prefer we don’t feature your vehicle, just let us know
👉 Any images or videos will be handled in line with applicable data protection laws.
11. Payment 💳
All services must be paid in advance via our website at the time of booking.
12. Rescheduling & Cancellations ⏰
We understand plans change.
👉 We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
👉 If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no refund will be provided
👉 If we cannot perform the service due to access issues or customer delay, this will also be treated as a late cancellation
👉 Any exceptions are at our discretion
13. Claims & Complaints ⏱️
If something doesn’t seem right, please let us know.
👉 Any claims must be raised within 7 days of the service
👉 After this time, we may not be able to investigate or accept responsibility
14. Weather, Delays & Events Outside Our Control 🌦️
As an outdoor/mobile service, delays or cancellations may happen due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Rain, humidity, or extreme temperatures

Traffic disruptions
-
Government restrictions
-
Access limitations
👉 In these cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule
👉 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
15. Right to Refuse Service 🚫
We may decline or stop a service if:

The vehicle condition poses a risk
-
The environment is unsafe or inaccessible
-
The request falls outside our service scope
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
17. Changes to These Terms 🔄
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always apply.
